Responsibilities
- Assess individual life insurance applications based on established underwriting guidelines
- Evaluate medical history, physical condition, occupational hazards, and financial background to determine risk
- Collaborate with field force and internal functions to gather information for decision-making
- Explain and defend underwriting actions to stakeholders
- Perform related tasks to align with business policy and support long-term growth
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and build a healthy work environment
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate complex information and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication skills for explaining underwriting actions
- Understanding of insurance principles and risk assessment
- Commitment to data accuracy and privacy compliance

Compensation
THB 30,000 - THB 50,000
