Planning Studio Specialist - IKEA Thailand

You will join a full-service planning studio dedicated to helping customers realize their dream homes. Your role involves translating customer needs and aspirations into smart, functional home solutions. You will actively promote the full range of IKEA services to ensure an informed and seamless shopping experience.

You are responsible for maximizing sales while maintaining profitability by prioritizing top-selling products. You will work closely with your manager to ensure the planning hub operates efficiently and serves customers with minimal wait times. Additionally, you will maintain a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.

• Transform customer needs into relevant and smart home solutions
• Actively learn and share knowledge about IKEA product features and benefits
• Offer all available IKEA store services to help customers make informed choices
• Maximize sales by steering customers toward top-selling and prioritized products
• Ensure the planning hub operates efficiently and minimizes customer wait times
• Maintain the planning hub in excellent condition, ensuring it is welcoming and clean

• Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
• Deep knowledge of the IKEA product range, specifically for kitchens, living room storage, wardrobes, and bathrooms
• Ability to exceed customer expectations throughout the end-to-end purchase process
• Willingness to assist with other job and operations-related duties as assigned

• Experience and knowledge of Interior Design
• Proficiency with SketchUp software
