A&A Consultant (Accounting & Reporting Assurance) - Deloitte

You will lead fieldwork teams to complete accounting advisory engagements and other assurance services across diverse industries in Thailand. Your role involves conducting in-depth research through data gathering and client interviews to support advisory recommendations. You will build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure the successful implementation of our advice. Additionally, you will contribute to the firm's knowledge base by documenting project experiences and actively seeking opportunities for professional growth. You will align your personal performance with stakeholder objectives and collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

• Supervise team fieldwork to complete accounting advisory engagements and other assurance services across diverse industries in Thailand
• Conduct secondary and primary research through data gathering and client interviews
• Develop effective client relationships to ensure recommendations are acted upon
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base from project experiences
• Align personal performance with stakeholder objectives and set clear priorities
• Act as a strong brand ambassador by seeking growth opportunities and sharing knowledge
• Collaborate with others to deliver results and take accountability for outcomes
• Build relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• CPA qualification and Master’s degree are preferable but not essential
• Ability to work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and business unit personnel
• Excellent communication skills with strong written and oral presentation skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
• At least 2-3 years of experience in audit or accounting for Consultant Level
• At least 4-5 years of experience in audit or accounting for Senior Consultant Level

• Technical accounting knowledge on IFRS, TFRS, or US GAAP
• Experience with financial close, consolidation, and reporting
• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes and controls
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning system design and implementation
• ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting and assurance knowledge
