Senior Consultant - Internal Audit (Automotive) - Deloitte

This role involves conducting internal audits within the automotive industry, focusing on risk management and internal controls. You will collaborate with clients to document processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. The position requires a strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational team environment. You will also support senior consultants with research and client coordination while adhering to strict timelines and professional standards.

• Attend client meetings and document key discussions and requirements
• Coordinate daily operations with clients to facilitate audit processes
• Prepare and document process flows and working papers within strict deadlines
• Execute internal audits through business processes to evaluate effectiveness
• Draft reports on internal control deficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Monitor task progress and report status to supervisors regularly
• Support Senior Consultants with client research and industry news

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, AIS, MIS, or MBA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, Compliance, or Financial Audit
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment and Process Improvement is preferred
• Direct experience in the Automotive, FSI, Energy, Healthcare, or Technology sectors is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work in upcountry locations
• Good command of English in both writing and speaking
• Must be a team player who can manage assigned tasks efficiently
• Male applicants must provide a Certificate of Military Exemption

• CIA, CPA, CCSA, or CRMA certification
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Life Science industries
