Senior Analyst, FinTech Commercial

The Fintech Commercial team serves as the critical bridge between external fintech partners and Agoda's Finance department. This role involves representing the business side of Agoda's 'Pay-in' and 'Pay-out' pillars within the fintech ecosystem. You will work closely with fintech partners and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement payment optimization initiatives. The position focuses on driving fintech innovation and launching new payment methods to enhance the overall payment infrastructure.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing payment partner commercials and validating strategic deals. You will own the invoice reconciliation process and drive business case development for new fintech initiatives. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can manage complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. You will be expected to work in a dynamic environment defined by volatility and complexity.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of fintech partner commercials, including PSPs and payment schemes, on a timely basis
• Validate partner invoices against contractual terms and transaction-level data to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with BI teams and external partners to maintain accurate and complete reconciliation data pipelines
• Serve as the trusted owner of reconciliation controls, maintaining clear documentation and partnering with stakeholders for smooth audit walkthroughs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation trails and process controls in accordance with Finance governance standards
• Drive business case development for new fintech initiatives and analyze payment partner commercials

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Consulting (Big4 preferred), Corporate Finance, Fintech/Payments, Commercial Finance, or Deal Analytics
• Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent quantitative skills
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong awareness of internal controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
