Thai Union Group PCL is hiring a Solution Architect – Integration (SAP Integration Suite / CPI) at Department Manager level, based on-site at SM Tower in Bangkok. The role owns and shapes the integration landscape across SAP S/4HANA (RISE), SAP BTP and connected global systems, leading integration design, setting standards, guiding delivery teams, and modernizing the integration platform including migration from SAP CPI.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, and proven delivery of major integration projects. Candidates must have strong knowledge of integration protocols and formats (REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP), experience leading external development teams, and excellent English communication skills in a multicultural environment.
Design scalable, secure and reliable integration solutions on SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh)
Translate business requirements into integration architecture and technical specifications
Define and maintain integration standards, patterns, naming conventions and the interface catalog
Lead and guide external developers (1–5+ depending on project needs) to deliver on time and with quality
Serve as a member of the Architecture Review Board, reviewing new demands and recommending solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
Proven delivery of major integration projects (greenfield, migration or large enhancement)
Strong knowledge of integration protocols and formats: REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP
Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in a multicultural environment
SAP Integration Suite or integration architecture certification; Experience migrating from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite; Experience with EDI (AS2, EDIFACT, X12) and B2B integration; Exposure to SAP S/4HANA RISE, SAP BTP and CI/CD or transport management (TMS/CTS+)
