The Personal Banker provides professional customer service while building long-term customer relationships and creating value-added services. The role involves customer fact-finding and KYC, recommending banking, investment, and insurance solutions, and preparing tailored investment offerings.
The successful candidate will support sales planning, develop and promote bank products, acquire new customers for wealth management services, and prepare weekly or monthly sales reports. The posting welcomes fresh graduates and requires a relevant higher-education qualification, sales and customer-service skills, good presentation skills, and at least one year of direct banking, investment advisory, or insurance experience.
Conduct customer fact-finding and KYC to identify suitable product solutions
Advise customers on bank investment and insurance products, including tailored investment solutions
Formulate sales plans and development activities to promote bank products
Acquire new customers for the full range of wealth management products and services
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and track progress for existing and new customers
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome
Demonstrated sales skills, customer service, and good presentation skills
Minimum 1-year direct experience in banking, investment advisory, or insurance
IC, life insurance, and non-life insurance licenses are advantageous
Possession of IC, life insurance, and non-life insurance licenses
