• Reconcile cash and transactions and process payments to unit holders
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, unit allocations and corporate actions
• Calculate selling agent fees accurately and on time
• Maintain client profiles
• Prepare reports for unit holders and related entities, including PND2, PND53 and PND54 submissions to the Revenue Department
• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or a related field
• 0-3 years of back-office or operations experience in a financial institution
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English
