The Safety & Security Manager – Night Shift oversees daily building and facility operations at One Bangkok, including fit-out, reinstatement, maintenance, defect rectification, reporting, contractor supervision, and coordination with tenants and the security and traffic teams. The role manages contracts and supports safety standards, traffic flow, team guidance, training, and operational reporting.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in property, property management, hospitality, business management, or a related field and have at least 5–7 years of building-management experience. English fluency, knowledge of building rules and industry standards, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, leadership ability, and working well under pressure are required. Working hours are 22:00–07:00.
• Oversee daily building and facility operations to ensure smooth functionality
• Manage fit-out and reinstatement processes for tenant areas
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints as the primary point of contact
• Coordinate defect rectification and maintenance to uphold building standards
• Supervise contractors, service providers, and team members, including training and operational reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Property, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of building-management experience
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience with building rules, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership, record-keeping, and pressure-management skills
