The F&B Reservation Agent at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort supports the reservations team in driving restaurant performance and maintaining F&B reservation operations. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in guest reservations, maximizing revenue opportunities, monitoring daily arrivals, and communicating guest requests to relevant team members.
The role requires at least one year of experience in a high-volume reservations office along with event planning experience. Candidates must be familiar with hotel operations technology including PMS and RMS, as well as distribution channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, confidential, and ethical approach are essential.
Support the reservations team in driving the performance of the restaurant on property
Assist in maintaining and improving F&B reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations
Maximize revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team members
Monitor daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated
At least 1 year experience in a high volume reservations office
Event planning experience
Familiar with hotel operations technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
