The F&B Attendant - SEEN works at Avani Riverside Bangkok Hotel, serving guests at the SEEN Restaurant & Bar. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and processing food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations, serving items according to established service standards, maintaining table and service area cleanliness, operating the POS system, and coordinating with the kitchen, bar, hostess and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service. The attendant also handles guest feedback, supports opening and closing duties, and assists with special events and promotions.
Candidates should hold a High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or a related field. Previous F&B or restaurant experience is preferred, with experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury, or rooftop restaurant considered an advantage. Good spoken English, strong guest service skills, basic POS knowledge, food safety awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
Take and accurately process food and beverage orders
Serve food and beverages according to established service standards
Operate the POS system accurately and follow billing and payment procedures
Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Hostess and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service
High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field
Previous experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant operations is preferred
Good command of spoken English; able to communicate effectively with international guests
Good knowledge of food and beverage service and food safety/hygiene standards
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, rooftop restaurant or bar
Basic knowledge of POS systems
