Amity Solutions is hiring a Solutions Engineer (Middle/Senior) to lead and mentor the solutions engineering team while providing technical expertise and pre-sales support. The role partners with sales, implementation, product, and engineering teams to gather business requirements, build technical proposals and demos, run proof-of-concepts, and serve as a second-tier technical contact for customers.
Candidates should have a background in software sales or pre-sales engineering, ideally in enterprise, retail, or financial services, plus 1-3 years of programming experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React, Vue, or Next.js. Experience with REST/SOAP/SDK APIs, databases such as Elasticsearch or MongoDB, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure is required, along with strong Thai and English communication skills.
Collaborate with enterprise and SME customers to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions
Work with the sales team on technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers
Build technical cases including diagrams, RFPs, and proposals to support sales
Provide consultation on product best practices, use cases, customization, onboarding, and 2nd-tier technical support
Initiate and coordinate proof-of-concepts, basic customer training, and demo app development
Background in software sales or pre-sales engineering
Sales or pre-sales experience in enterprise, retail, or financial services verticals
1-3 years programming experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, ReactJS, VueJS, or NextJS
Experience with RESTful, SOAP, and SDK APIs and databases such as Elasticsearch or MongoDB
Understanding of IT networking, infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase, Azure), and security; strong Thai and English communication
Mobile development skills such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter
