About the position
The 3PL Warehouse Manager oversees daily inbound and outbound operations at the third-party distribution center in Thailand, ensuring smooth order, shipment, and inventory flows. Responsibilities include managing 3PL performance and KPIs, controlling logistics budgets, verifying invoices, overseeing order fulfillment, monitoring SAP/WMS interfaces and IDocs, and leading supply chain transformation projects.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or engineering, plus 10+ years of logistics and warehouse management experience in a multinational company (medical/healthcare preferred). Candidates must have SAP/WMS experience, 3PL vendor management skills, knowledge of trade compliance regulations, and fluency in English and Thai.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage and monitor inbound, outbound, return shipment, VAS, scrap and rework activities performed by 3PL
Conduct DM/weekly/monthly reviews with 3PL to resolve problems and ensure corrective actions are effective
Manage and review 3PL performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
Verify invoices and control budget for logistics and warehouse vendors
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receiving to delivery
Monitor SAP–3PL IDoc interfaces, resolve errors, and support integration/UAT testing
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related field
10+ years of logistics and warehouse management experience in a multinational company; medical/healthcare industry preferred
Operational experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Experience managing third-party logistics vendors or working at a 3PL provider
Knowledge of trade compliance regulations (customs, export control, dangerous goods, supply chain security)
Fluent in English and Thai (verbal and written)
Nice to have
Experience in the medical/healthcare industry
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess logistics market trends
Focus on customer needs and supply chain project delivery
