Lead the commercial growth and monetization strategy for the Mobile Postpaid B2C customer base. The role holds full accountability for revenue growth, ARPU improvement, customer value expansion, and upsell performance across assigned Postpaid portfolios. Develop and execute customer value management, monetization, and commercial growth strategies using customer insights, market intelligence, channel performance, and data analytics. Identify growth opportunities, shape commercial propositions, optimize portfolio performance, and maximize return on investment across customer engagement initiatives. Report to the Head of Base Management and exercise independent judgment in prioritizing strategic initiatives, managing commercial risks, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Provide leadership to the assigned team by setting priorities, ensuring execution excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture.
