EarnIn is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the comprehensive redesign of our product suite and rebuild our design system from the ground up. You will define the architectural parameters and documentation that empower cross-functional teams to build products efficiently. This role requires a systems thinker who can translate visual design languages into scalable, reusable components and patterns. You will work closely with engineering teams across iOS, Android, and web to ensure the system is implemented effectively. You will be responsible for setting new standards for product design at EarnIn. This involves building and maintaining the component libraries, defining high-level pattern guidance, and developing the tooling that makes the system operational. You will also lead the education and adoption of the system, establishing the guidelines and rulebook for long-term implementation. Additionally, you will build and maintain AI tooling that turns system components into working code and prototypes.
