The Office & People Specialist is EarnIn’s hybrid local point of contact in Bangkok for employee support, site operations, and program coordination. The role includes Day 1 onboarding, employee relations triage, performance management support, immigration coordination, training, vendor and office management, employee events, and assistance with local recruiting and global People programs. Candidates need at least three years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced technology environment. The posting also requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, practical knowledge of Thai labor and immigration laws, HRIS and Google Workspace proficiency, strong English communication, confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
