Account Executive/Manager, Key Accounts- Japanese Speaking

Agoda is hiring an Account Executive/Manager for its Global Key Accounts team based in Bangkok, focused on the Japan market. The role involves managing hotel partner relationships, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and communicating with partners via phone, email, messaging, and webinars. The position uses data and dashboards to prioritize tasks, executes focused project sprints, and trains partners on Agoda's technologies, tools, and models.

The role requires native-level Japanese language skills and a minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or execution. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Manage hotel level relationships within Japan

Engage with hotel partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and innovative solutions

Communicate efficiently with partners through phone, email, messaging and webinars

Use data and dashboards to prioritize tasks and execute focused project sprints

Train and inform partners on Agoda's technologies, tools and models

Native level Japanese Language skills

Minimum 3 years' experience working in business development or execution role preferred

Basic computer skills (PowerPoint / Excel)

Analytical skills with proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions

Autonomous and result driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
