This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance within a True Branding retail environment. The position requires operating front-office systems for activations, managing transactions, and ensuring strict compliance with company standards and safety protocols. You will be responsible for explaining complex telecom concepts to customers, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role demands the ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours while collaborating with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

• Provide professional assistance to customers for inquiries, after-sales service, complaints, and urgent issues
• Explain complex telecom concepts in simple terms and resolve basic technical problems such as SIM activation and device inquiries
• Recommend mobile packages, internet plans, and devices based on customer needs to drive sales
• Perform up-selling and cross-selling activities to meet assigned KPIs and sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile plans, fiber internet, promotions, and device contracts
• Operate front-office systems for activations, price plan changes, and after-sales handling
• Verify customer documents and ensure legal compliance in all contracts
• Handle payments accurately via cash, card, QR systems, or True App
• Check stock accuracy for devices, SIM cards, and accessories
• Execute daily store opening and closing procedures while ensuring equipment safety standards are met
• Manage high customer traffic during peak periods while maintaining service quality
• Coordinate with team members to achieve shop targets and ensure smooth shift handovers

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Good personality with clear communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPI targets
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong service mindset and customer focus
• Highly accountable for all assigned tasks and deliverables
• Ability to adapt and perform well under pressure

• Highly mobile and fully open to relocation and business travel across various branches

• Experience with telecom products or retail sales
