Partner Acquisition Manager - Shopee

This role focuses on identifying and onboarding new Order Management System (OMS) partners to expand the business network. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners at all levels. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams such as operations, commercial, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. You will also prepare monthly performance reports and pitch decks to engage partners and secure new business opportunities. Additionally, you will monitor key performance metrics like Average Deal Orders (ADO) to ensure that performance goals are consistently met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics industry with 1-3 years of experience. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage external relationships effectively. The role involves creating clear, persuasive presentations and proposals using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote. You should be a proactive self-starter with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers is essential for this position. You will also need to leverage data analysis skills to evaluate partnership performance and drive continuous improvement.
