Food and Beverage Service Team Leader - Central Pattana

Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage service across restaurants and banquet facilities to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor kitchen equipment and banquet preparation to maintain operational readiness and support effective service delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and provide expert advice on food and beverage offerings. Lead the team by participating in strategic planning, performance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive departmental success.

• Control and manage overall operations of food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs
• Monitor preparation of kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to maintain quality and readiness
• Examine banquet locations to facilitate effective event support and operations
• Coordinate with related teams to provide advice and solve problems regarding food and beverage service
• Participate in planning and manage assessment and improvement within the department
• Control making summary reports of overall service performance to propose improvements
• Advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and prepare them for promotion

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
• 0-3 years of team management experience
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
• Professional personality with excellent manners
