You will work directly with prospects and customers to understand their business processes and technical requirements, explaining advanced product capabilities and designing proof-of-concept workflows. You will translate complex customer needs into structured requirements, partnering closely with Product Managers to evaluate solution feasibility and help shape the product direction throughout the sales cycle. You will provide technical expertise on APIs, integrations, and automation workflows to help customers evaluate and successfully adopt Manatal. This role requires leading complex customer conversations, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives independently from discovery through execution.
