You will build compelling business cases using data modeling and experimentation to drive revenue growth and present high-impact proposals directly to executive leadership. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of pricing initiatives, from hypothesis testing and A/B experiments to post-launch analysis and feedback loops. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution and maintain consistency between proposed pricing and actual sales materials. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business, product, and sales teams, applying structured problem-solving frameworks to complex challenges. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, evidence-based narratives. You will own the accuracy of pricing-facing materials and maintain a running record of past decisions to build repeatable frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy, revenue management, or financial planning, with a focus on pricing or SaaS revenue models. You will be responsible for validating hypotheses and documenting learnings to ensure continuous improvement of pricing strategies.
You will drive sales performance reporting and strategic insights for the organization. You will own recurring reporting to the CEO and key business leaders, focusing on sales throughput, revenue, and productivity metrics. You will proactively identify root causes of underperformance and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will partner with the data team to maintain and evolve tracking metrics while ensuring data quality. You will design and propose monthly sales targets and commission schemes, ranging from structural changes to incremental adjustments. You will own the sales segmentation strategy, including portfolio allocation and area strategy. You will take ownership of proposed uplifts to the P&L, quantifying potential impact and grounding proposals on evidence to drive confident decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to roll out changes and own GTM logistics and visibility tracking. You will run experiments or deploy risk-mitigating approaches ahead of full launch. You will own a standardized post-rollout review for every commercial change, documenting learnings against hypotheses. You will maintain a running record of past decisions and outcomes to build on previous work.
