Agoda is seeking a commercially minded and highly motivated lawyer to navigate complex competition, regulatory, consumer, and disputes issues across APAC, Europe, and other key markets. This role is ideal for a competition lawyer, disputes specialist, or regulatory lawyer with competition experience who is eager to work on a broad range of matters within a fast-moving digital platform business with a global footprint. The successful candidate will support the business on competition and antitrust issues, regulatory inquiries, litigation, and dispute-resolution matters while managing legal risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires sound legal judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional matters with a practical, business-oriented approach. The role involves advising business stakeholders on competition-law risks, supporting regulatory inquiries and dawn raids, managing contentious matters, and ensuring regulatory readiness. You will coordinate external counsel, develop case strategies, and work closely with Legal colleagues and stakeholders across Product, Supply, Marketing, and Finance. Additionally, you will contribute to training, compliance materials, and risk management strategies, helping the business move quickly while maintaining strong legal and compliance standards.
