The role supports talent development, performance management, and organizational capability from individual and team level through to enterprise level, working with HRBPs and business leaders to analyze talent needs and connect talent priorities with business needs. Duties include coordinating the performance management process, using people and business data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities, preparing analysis on talent pipelines, succession, performance outcomes, and workforce trends, supporting design and delivery of talent practices and tools, and facilitating talent and performance discussions. Requirements include 5+ years in consulting or talent management, strong project management, and data-driven analysis skills.
