You will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are completed on time, within scope, and strictly adhere to engineering and operational requirements. The position involves overseeing daily construction progress, conducting quality inspections, and coordinating with various internal teams and external contractors to resolve site issues and minimize delays. You will also ensure that the facility design aligns with operational needs, such as truck flow and dock usability, while tracking milestones and providing regular progress updates. The Operations team at Shopee manages the end-to-end process from product listing to final delivery. This role supports that mission by building the physical infrastructure necessary for efficient logistics. You will work closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to identify risks and implement solutions that keep projects on schedule. The position requires a hands-on approach to site management and a strong ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical teams.
