Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Project Manager (MEP) based in Bangkok, Thailand, to oversee mechanical and electrical aspects of data centre projects. The role involves supervising installations, conducting quality inspections, coordinating with project managers and contractors, maintaining documentation, and enforcing safety protocols.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of electrical engineering experience including 3 years on data centre projects, strong knowledge of electrical systems, leadership ability, and familiarity with BIM/Revit and local construction regulations. Professional certification in electrical engineering is required.
Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of data centre projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and integrity of electrical installations
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including progress reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in data centre projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems and standards
Professional certification in electrical engineering
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit
Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
