About the position
Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an EHS Lead (Data Centre) for a client site in Bangkok, Thailand. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs for data center construction projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe working environment for all personnel.
The position requires 5-7 years of HSE experience, including 3-5 years on large-scale construction or data centre projects, with proven ability to manage safety across multiple contractors. Candidates should have strong knowledge of MEP, electrical systems, and critical infrastructure safety requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to data center construction activities
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company standards and policies
Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards and implement corrective actions
Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of HSE experience, with at least 3-5 years in large-scale construction or data centre projects
Proven experience managing safety in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple contractors
Strong understanding of MEP, electrical systems, and critical infrastructure safety requirements
