Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Project Manager (Electrical) based in Bangkok, Thailand, to oversee electrical aspects of data centre projects. Responsibilities include supervising installations, conducting quality inspections, coordinating with project managers and contractors, maintaining documentation, resolving installation issues, and enforcing safety protocols.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of electrical engineering experience including 3 years on data centre projects, strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards, leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management and electrical engineering software. Professional certification, BIM/Revit experience, and familiarity with local construction regulations are also expected.
Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of data centre projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality and integrity of electrical installations
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including progress reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in electrical installations promptly and enforce safety protocols
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in data centre projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional certification in electrical engineering
Experience with BIM and Revit; familiarity with local construction regulations and standards; proficiency in project management software
