Responsibilities
Review and draft contracts, documents, bids, and letters in English and Thai, identifying risks
Provide legal advice on contracts, legal issues, and litigation support
Advise on commercial matters including company law, PDPA, tax, foreign business, and BOI
Prepare board and shareholders' meetings and provide corporate secretarial support
Advise on anti-corruption, anti-competition, PDPA, export control, and other compliance risks
