About the position
RWS TrainAI is hiring Burmese-speaking AI Conversation Recording Contributors for a freelance, work-from-home speech data collection project based in Bangkok. The role involves providing spontaneous speech recordings from real-life situations to evaluate and improve speech recognition and conversational AI technologies. The work is task-based, approximately 2–4 hours daily, with a flexible schedule and an immediate start date. The collected recordings, annotations, and metadata will be used for quality review and incorporated into datasets for AI research, development, and testing.
Responsibilities
Record spontaneous speech from real-life situations for AI training data
Provide annotations and related metadata for collected recordings
Participate in task-based work approximately 2–4 hours daily
Support evaluation of speech recognition and conversational AI models
Allow recordings to be reviewed for quality and used in AI datasets
Requirements
Native or fluent Burmese speaker
Ability to work from home with a flexible schedule
Comfortable providing spontaneous speech recordings
Must be a freelancer with business license/VAT/EIN, or a private individual
Available to start immediately
