The Client Service Assistant (CSA) works closely with Financial Consultants at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, a leading onshore wealth manager in Bangkok with over 700 billion baht in client assets under advisory. The role supports high-net-worth clients by handling onboarding documentation, processing account openings for investment products, responding to client enquiries, executing banking and investment transactions, and creating tailored presentations in coordination with pitch teams.
The position also involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Candidates should be Thai nationals with a background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields; new graduates are welcome. The role requires obtaining IC Licenses (P1, P2, P3) within the probation period and a commitment of at least 2.5-3.0 years.
Preparing, processing and completing all documents for onboarding new clients and opening accounts for relevant investment products, including administrative work
Responding to all client enquiries and providing resolution to issues and requests
Assisting Financial Consultants on executing clients' orders covering banking and investment transactions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Financial Consultants and clients by delivering exceptional services
Defining and creating tailored presentations/pitch documents by liaising with Financial Consultants and coordinating with pitch teams such as Investment Consultants
Thai nationality
Education background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
Willing to work in this position for at least 2.5-3.0 years
Required to obtain IC Licenses (P1, P2, P3) within the probation period
Good command of written and spoken English, with knowledge of PC and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
