About the position
This temporary Telesales role is based in Bangkok with Kiatnakin Phatra Bank (KKP). The position involves contacting customers by phone to recommend and offer motor insurance products, recording and updating customer information in the system, and working toward assigned sales targets. Candidates must hold a non-life insurance broker license, with prior sales, telesales, or insurance experience considered an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Responsibilities

บันทึกและอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าและผลการติดต่อในระบบ
ทำงานตามเป้าหมายยอดขายที่บริษัทกำหนด
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Requirements
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.6 / ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
มีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย
มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย / Telesales / ประกันภัย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
มีความรู้ด้านประกันรถยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
