Multi-Skilled Technician

JLL is hiring a Multi-Skilled Technician in Bangkok to support facility management operations at a client site. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the role involves responding to work requests, conducting inspections of critical equipment, monitoring BMS and LCS systems, performing general handyman and basic M&E troubleshooting, and coordinating third-party vendors. The position also supports event setups, emergency drills, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in building or engineering services with at least three years of experience, basic English proficiency, and computer literacy. A polite, customer-oriented demeanor suited to a corporate office is required. A valid electrician work license or electrical safety accreditation is preferred.

Respond promptly to work request ticketing system, following through to resolution and maintaining accurate closure records.

Maintain daily log of maintenance activity and manage stores and tools.

Conduct regular inspection of critical equipment including meter reading, record findings and follow through on rectification.

Monitor BMS, LCS, attend and provide 1st level mitigation to critical alarms.

Supervise and coordinate third-party vendor activities, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with agreed scope and method.

Diploma in building / engineering services and/or related field with minimum 3 years experience.

Basic English proficiency, capable of handling paperwork and reports in English.

Proficient in basic computer applications and communication tools.

Polite, professional, customer-oriented demeanor suitable for corporate office environment and highly proactive.

Valid Electrician Work License or professional electrical safety accreditation (preferred).
