Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and coaching team members on logistics best practices
Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries
Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans
Coordinate with onsite vendor teams to align shipment schedules
Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real-time operational changes
Over 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management service
Good command in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing & Listening)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work experience in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, or related roles
Computer skills with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
