Responsible for IT project management within the Digital & Technology division of KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank). The role maintains project status reports, facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages scope and risks, and supports project teams in delivering business and ad-hoc requirements. Coordinates with stakeholders, prepares dashboards, and may provide backup coverage for other Project Managers.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields, with at least 5 years of project management experience applying best practices such as PMP, ITIL, CMMI, or Six Sigma. Candidates need strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, plus knowledge of banking business and IT systems. Good written and spoken English is required.
Using and improve KKP agile processes, frameworks, and methodologies tailored to the organization's needs.
Facilitates Agile ceremonies, coach's teams on self-organization, and removes impediments.
Calculate velocity and story point poker to balance in and out of development sprint which must consider holiday, FTE, etc.
Identify key requirements from relevant stakeholders in order to plan and define project scope.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensure timely project execution and completion, prepare project reports and dashboards to communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
At least 5 years of working experience in project management skill for Business or IT Project, and knowledge in applying best practices/standard e.g. PMP, ITIL, CMMI, Six Sigma.
Strong understanding of Project Management methodology.
Able to understand application business area and application requirements and define test environment requirement for a range of development platforms.
Good in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge and understanding of Banking business, especially the aspects related to the system and information technology
