This Associate role sits within Grab's GrabMart & GrabExpress Strategy team in Bangkok, supporting strategic and operational priorities for Grab's quick-commerce and on-demand delivery businesses. Key responsibilities include owning GrabMart fleet management, partnering with regional driver product teams, supporting strategy development across both businesses, and driving execution of strategic and operational initiatives with measurable impact. The position suits candidates with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, marketplaces, or management consulting, who bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic SQL familiarity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Own GrabMart fleet management, monitoring driver supply performance and improving supply health and operational efficiency.
Partner with regional driver product team and cross-functional stakeholders to address fleet challenges and support adoption of new tools.
Support GrabMart and GrabExpress strategy from ideation through execution, tracking business performance and translating insights into action plans.
Drive execution of strategic and operational initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and resolving on-the-ground issues.
Strengthen day-to-day operations across both businesses to ensure they perform against goals.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, or management consulting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with basic SQL as a plus.
Ability to generate creative ideas with supporting rationale.
Capable of inventing structured thinking frameworks and translating them into action plans.
Passionate, able to excel in a fast-paced team environment while delivering tasks.
