Sertis, a Bangkok-based Data and AI engineering and solutions company, is hiring a senior Product Manager on a fixed-term contract to be embedded at an enterprise client site. The role owns the product roadmap for a large-scale consumer mobile app spanning e-commerce, loyalty, and digital payments.
Duties include defining product vision and priorities across service verticals, translating stakeholder requirements into user stories, tracking metrics such as MAU, DAU, retention, and conversion using A/B testing, leading sprint planning and backlog management, making release go/no-go decisions, and driving user research. Candidates need at least 7 years of product management experience, ideally with mobile apps, super apps, digital wallets, or retail-tech platforms.
Own the product roadmap and vision for a multi-service mobile app, balancing feature priorities across service verticals
Act as connector between business stakeholders, designers, mobile tech leads, and QA, turning requirements into user stories
Define and track key product metrics (MAU, DAU, retention, conversion) using A/B testing and data
Lead sprint planning, manage the backlog, and make go/no-go calls on feature releases
Drive user research and stay close to customer feedback to inform the roadmap
At least 7 years in product management, ideally with mobile apps, super apps, digital wallets, or retail-tech platforms
Comfortable running Agile/Scrum and managing backlogs in tools like Jira and Confluence
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, mini-apps/micro-frontends, and how e-commerce, loyalty, and payment systems work together
Strong communication skills, able to present roadmaps to executives and write user stories for engineers
CSPO, PSPO, or similar certifications are a plus.
