About the position
This role involves working across the full lifecycle of RPA development, from engaging with business users and analyzing processes to building, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders in a dynamic environment where automation is key to operational efficiency. The developer will engage with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design RPA solutions using UiPath. They will also monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain bots, prepare documentation, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
Engage with business users to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
Analyze business processes and design suitable RPA solutions
Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain bots to ensure optimal performance
Prepare relevant documentation, including process flows, user guides, and performance reports
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in RPA development, with strong expertise in UiPath
Hands-on experience across the full RPA lifecycle (requirements gathering to production deployment)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Experience in business process analysis or system analysis is a plus
Strong proficiency in Thai language due to close collaboration with local stakeholders
Basic to intermediate English communication skills are a plus, but not mandatory
Prior exposure to logistics or supply chain environments is an advantage
Nice to have
