Youtap Limited, a global technology company providing white-label digital banking, payments, wallet, and customer engagement platforms, is hiring an Agile Project Manager in Bangkok. The role drives successful execution of complex technology initiatives in a fast-moving environment, aligning cross-functional teams and keeping stakeholders informed from planning through release.
Key duties include leading Agile project planning and sprint execution, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating with product, engineering, and QA teams, and communicating status and milestones to internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a computer science or software engineering degree, 3+ years of Agile delivery experience, Scrum and sprint planning skills, and Jira/Confluence proficiency.
Lead Agile project planning, sprint execution, and cross-functional delivery coordination.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to keep teams on track.
Coordinate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely releases.
Communicate project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
3+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery across cross-functional technical teams.
Hands-on experience with Scrum and sprint planning.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
Eligibility to work in Thailand.
Fintech industry experience; experience with external clients or customer-facing stakeholders; PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
