About the position
The Finance Analyst will support the Thailand business by managing day-to-day finance operations and delivering financial planning needs. The role involves preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring sales pacing and costs, and providing business partner support to the event team. Responsibilities include monthly P&L reviews, intercompany recharges, and building reports for analysis. The position requires a relevant finance degree, familiarity with local tax regulations, and experience in an MNC environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning for Thailand
Identify and promptly report business risks and opportunities by monitoring sales pacing and cost spending
Update commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions with supporting analysis
Provide Business Partner support to the event team
Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end, including recording revenue and costs and performing intercompany billings
Build reports for review and analysis purposes
Liaise with auditors
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate financial performance
Responsible for Intercompany recharge and ensure all agreements are in place
Handle ad hoc queries from stakeholders
Requirements
Relevant accounting or finance degree is a prerequisite
Familiarity with local statutory and tax regulations is mandatory
Prior FP&A / business partnering experience in an MNC environment is preferred
Well-versed in financial regulations
Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP
Fluent in Thai and English languages
Strong problem-solving skills
Proactive and results-oriented
Well-organized with strong prioritization skills
