About the position
This role supports vendor performance management within SPX Express operations in Bangkok. The position is responsible for monitoring vendor performance against agreed KPIs, identifying performance gaps and root causes, conducting regular performance reviews, and working with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive measurable improvement. The role also provides insights to support vendor allocation and capacity decisions, and continuously improves vendor performance management processes, SOPs and reporting.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or vendor management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills are required, along with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides).
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, identify performance gaps and drive improvement actions with vendors
Analyze vendor performance trends and root causes of underperformance, and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve performance
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, track agreed corrective actions, and escalate persistent performance issues when required
Provide vendor performance insights and recommendations to support vendor allocation, capacity and commercial decisions
Continuously improve vendor performance management processes, SOPs and reporting to enhance performance visibility and effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields
1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, vendor management or related fields; fresh graduates with strong analytical capability are welcome to apply
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working with both internal teams and external vendors
Good proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides
Nice to have
Results-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
