Operation Support (SPX Express) (Junior/Senior)

SPX Express (Shopee) is hiring an Operation Support staff in Bangkok to support Fleet and Hub Operations performance. The role assists management with day-to-day coordination of business operational activities and administrative tasks, helps handle or assist projects including working scope and operation performance tracking, coordinates with hubs to examine business operations, summarizes operations performance and ground staff attendance, and solves issues related to workflow operations.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in any field, strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, analytical skills to measure performance and monitor operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google G-Suite. Experience in the logistics industry, especially express business, is a plus. The role requires working 6 days per week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with alternating holidays on Saturdays or Sundays.
