About the position

The Business Intelligence department serves as the finance, data, and technology department for Shopee Thailand. Interns will develop internal web portals and AI tools to drive business efficiency. Responsibilities include writing production-ready SQL and Python code to transform raw data into actionable insights. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required.

Responsibilities

Develop internal web portals and AI tools that drive business efficiency.

Write production-ready SQL and Python code to transform raw data into high-quality, actionable insights.

Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to build AI-enabled features that drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of software development practices.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to draw sound conclusions from data.

Fluent in English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of LLM and AI engineering is a plus.
