Senior Accounting and Controlling Officer (External) - Bosch Thailand

This role focuses on management accounting, financial accounting, and credit control within the Global Business Services division. The officer will drive digital transformation initiatives, partner with the Sales Department to analyze business performance, and prepare the Enterprise Service Model. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers for VAT documentation and supporting compliance projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, strong English skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Drive and support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, across the China and Thailand regions to enhance process efficiency and operational excellence.

Partner closely with Sales Department to analyze business performance, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Prepare the Enterprise Service Model (ESM) to establish and optimize shared service accounting processes and transaction recording activities.

Coordinate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of VAT documentation in compliance with local tax regulations.

Support accounting, controlling, and compliance-related projects, as well as undertaking additional assignments and special initiatives as delegated by management.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or related fields.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Copilot, Generative AI, or related digital technologies is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
