This role involves leading consulting projects for the automotive industry in Southeast Asia, focusing on strategy development to execution. The position requires acting as a project manager for mixed teams, supporting case and client development, and addressing the impacts of the CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electrification) transformation. The role also entails formulating medium to long-term management plans, reviewing product portfolios, and designing business models for new services. The candidate must lead diverse teams, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and drive high performance.

Lead and manage consulting projects covering strategy development to execution in the automotive industry

Act as a project manager, leading a mixed team including local members

Support case and client development

Formulate medium to long-term management plans to respond to changes in industrial structure

Review and reconstruct the company's product portfolio

Design, business model formulation, and operational design for new service implementation

Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities

Experience in leading projects

Practical experience at a consulting firm, along with expertise in Strategy, Marketing / Digital Transformation (DX), or Technology

Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese

Strong interest in the automotive industry

Understanding of the system landscape used by Japanese automotive OEMs and suppliers

Southeast Asia related consulting experience
