T&L: Business Tax M&A (Assistant Manager- Manager) - Deloitte

This role involves managing engagements for tax advisory work on domestic and international taxation. The position requires performing tax reviews and due diligence, providing advisory on cross-border tax issues, and assisting clients with tax controversy with the Revenue Department. Responsibilities also include tax compliance, preparing corporate income tax returns, and managing M&A project agreements. The candidate must demonstrate capability to work effectively in dynamic international and local environments.

Manage engagements and carry out tax advisory works dealing with domestic and international taxation

Perform a tax review and tax due diligence including provide tax advisory in relation to M&A projects

Provide tax advisory including both domestic and cross-border tax issues

Assist clients with tax controversy with the Revenue Department

Manage engagements for tax compliance and prepare corporate income tax return

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other related degree, Master’s degree is a plus

Over 5 years experience in auditing or taxation

Accounting and auditing background with good tax technical knowledge and analysis skills

Experience working in Big4s or professional firms

Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking skills
