**Technical Sales Representative (Yearly Contract) - SCG Distribution** - SCG

This role involves working with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets for paints and chemicals products. The position requires creating and maintaining customer relationships to increase product awareness and trust. The employee must prepare and follow up on quotations and coordinate with the CSO department to ensure complete orders. Responsibilities include updating sales status and forecasts for management, developing product knowledge, and providing basic technical advice to customers. The role also entails collecting market data to analyze trends, technologies, and service needs for new business opportunities.

Work with internal sales team to achieve sales targets for paints and chemicals products

Create and maintain customer relationships to increase product awareness and trust

Prepare and follow up on quotations and coordinate with CSO for order completion

Update sales status and forecasts for management

Develop product knowledge and provide basic technical advice to customers

Collect market data to analyze trends, technologies, and service needs for new business opportunities

Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration

At least 3 years of experience in selling products in the paint and chemicals group in project work

Skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, closing sales, and after-sales service

Positive attitude, determination, and willingness to learn

Ability to withstand work pressure and solve problems on the spot

Hold a valid driver's license and be able to work in provinces

Experience with products related to paints and chemicals will be considered a special qualification
