Senior Commercial Analyst - Agoda

This role is based in the Bangkok office with a hybrid setup (3 days in office per week). Relocation to Bangkok is required. The Strategy & Analytics team focuses on profitability optimization, target setting, KPI management, data analytics, and business strategy. The Senior Commercial Analyst will conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC, leverage data and tools to analyze Strategic Partnerships performance, and work cross-functionally with teams inside and outside the department to drive initiatives. They will also oversee SP data infrastructure, prepare performance reports for senior management, and optimize pricing strategy based on A/B experiments.

Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC

Leverage data and tools to analyze Strategic Partnerships performance and identify levers to improve performance

Work cross-functionally with teams inside and outside Strategic Partnerships to drive initiatives

Maintain and optimize a performance management system for the department

Oversee Strategic Partnerships data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Prepare updates on business performance, proposals, and recommendations to senior management

Optimize pricing strategy and make decisions based on A/B experiments

3+ years and above of total experience with Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, Business Intelligence, or other relevant fields

Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and come up with recommendations

Growth mindset and excitement to work on a variety of functional areas

Entrepreneurial and not afraid to be hands-on on the work

Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with ability to work well across multiple stakeholders

Ability to write in SQL, ability to use Tableau, Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics
