Warehouse Supervisor - Unilever

The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily operations for Raw Material, Packaging Material, and Finished Goods logistics. Responsibilities include leading receiving, storage, picking, and material issuance to ensure uninterrupted production supply. The role requires enforcing safety policies, maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and SAP systems, and leading team development and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, and 2+ years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and Lean principles are required.

Lead daily RM & PM warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and material issuance.

Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production lines according to production schedules.

Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize storage layout.

Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.

Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability.

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of warehouse operations experience.

2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

ERP/WMS experience (SAP preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (AI tools preferred).

Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, GMP, HACCP, and Lean principles (WCM/JIT etc.).

Experience managing RM and PM inventory in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries preferred
