ERP & IT Solutions Project Manager - SCG

This role involves managing IT projects to analyze business requirements and identify technology solutions. The position requires leading ERP implementation and upgrades using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo. The candidate will design business processes and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, oversee application operations, and manage project resources, timelines, and risks. The role also includes leading change management activities and collaborating with stakeholders to drive technology adoption.

Manage IT projects by analyzing business requirements and identifying effective technology solutions that meet business needs.

Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including solutions such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Odoo.

Analyze and design business processes and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance and transform business processes.

Oversee application operations to ensure system reliability and effective business support.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30).

3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation, IT consulting, application development, business analysis, or related fields.

Hands-on knowledge or experience in ERP implementation, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.

Good knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, and SQL.

Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).

Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok).

Knowledge or practical experience in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes is an advantage.
