Performance Control Tower (Contract) (SPX Express) - Operations - Bangkok - Shopee

This contract role supports the analysis of daily operational data to track Sorting Center throughput and balance Speed, Cost, and Quality. Responsibilities include cleaning raw data, consolidating performance metrics into reports, maintaining dashboards, analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, and tracking SLA metrics. The role also involves providing data insights for operational solutions and supporting project follow-ups. Candidates should have a background in analysis, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Clean raw operational data and consolidate daily performance metrics into structured summary reports.

Maintain standardized performance dashboards to track daily operational baselines and historical trends.

Analyze daily operational data to highlight performance gaps and identify potential sorting line bottlenecks.

Assist in tracking key SLA metrics and prepare data breakdowns to support continuous improvement projects.

Provide data insights to support on-the-ground operational solutions for daily hub issues.

Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets & Analysis (Excel/Google Sheets), Claude, n8n, data tools

Background on Machine/ Production is a plus
